Lisa Mason-Hollins, a native of Houston, Texas is a 2002 graduate of Grambling State University with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education. She earned her Masters of Education from LA Tech University in Curriculum, Instruction, and Technology. During the 2012 – 2013 school year, she was the South Highlands Magnet School Teacher of the Year and Caddo Parish Public Schools Elementary Teacher of the Year. Ms. Hollins teaching experience includes all elementary grades, District Instructional Technologist, District New Teacher Coach, Caddo Teaching Academy Program Coordinator, and Assistant Principal at Caddo Middle Magnet.
As principal of Judson Magnet, Ms. Hollins is able to follow her passion empowering teachers with the knowledge and skills needed to make quality decisions about teaching and learning in their classroom using technology integration, while igniting a fire in their students for solving problems no amount of failure can smother.
